About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine microbiological analysis
- Prepare and approve test results within competency levels
- Complete QC activities and escalate anomalous results
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and training records
- Participate in training programmes and support junior colleagues
- Support laboratory operations including second-person verification and consumables processing
- Uphold safety, housekeeping, and quality standards
Requirements
- Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical laboratory environment
- Strong understanding of quality standards and compliance
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
- Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
- Ability to work a biweekly rotating shift pattern (11-hour shifts)
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
