About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and non-routine microbiological analysis
  • Prepare and approve test results within competency levels
  • Complete QC activities and escalate anomalous results
  • Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and training records
  • Participate in training programmes and support junior colleagues
  • Support laboratory operations including second-person verification and consumables processing
  • Uphold safety, housekeeping, and quality standards

Requirements

  • Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical laboratory environment
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and compliance
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
  • Ability to work a biweekly rotating shift pattern (11-hour shifts)
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
