Trainee Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects and manage deadlines to ensure smooth workflows
• Review, structure, and optimize documents, campaigns, KPIs, and copy
• Document results and processes, including KPI tracking and content checklists
• Manage and maintain asset libraries such as testimonials, ads, and hooks
• Continuously maintain and update the project management tool

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of marketing basics
• Previous experience working as a project manager or coordinator
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ideally, prior experience using project management tools
• Open to career changers with a strong interest in marketing coordination
