Trainee Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational programme across multiple legal departments and practice areas
• Assist lawyers and legal teams with legal research, drafting, case preparation, and document review
• Support the preparation of legal memoranda, reports, contracts, and correspondence
• Attend client meetings, hearings, and internal discussions
• Gain practical exposure to different areas of law and legal procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal information professionally
• Attend internal training sessions, workshops, and professional development programmes
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to understand firm operations

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting
• Experience or training in case preparation and document review
• Strong professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to learn
