Responsibilities

• Support the nursing management in daily operations

Requirements

• Completed training in nursing (e.g., nursing specialist, health and nursing professional)
• Ideally professional experience in a hospital as a department or ward manager
• Ideally a completed degree in healthcare nursing management or equivalent
• Interest in leadership tasks and business management processes
• Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment and willingness to learn
