About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in processing employee data changes in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support the employee lifecycle by preparing documentation for new hires, transfers, and terminations
- Handle basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the HR Services team to support various operational HR projects
- Maintain and organize digital and physical employee files
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
- Document and map basic HR operational processes
- Administrate invoicings for all HR requests
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economy, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of process mapping and Agile principles
- English language proficiency
- Knowledge of LEAN and Agile basics
Preferred Qualifications
- Tech/Digital mindset
- Experience with Copilot
