At SSA, we’re on a mission to Accelerate Science. Delightfully. We provide testing, inspection, calibration, and compliance services to pharmaceutical, medical device, and research organizations.
Responsibilities
- Perform calibration, testing, and servicing of equipment at customer sites
- Travel to client locations and support on-site service work
- Assist experienced engineers during the onboarding period
- Learn and apply technical procedures, standards, and best practices
- Complete service documentation and reports accurately and thoroughly
- Communicate professionally with customers and technical teams
- Ensure all work meets quality and compliance standards
Requirements
- Strong hands-on technical aptitude (mechanical, electrical, or similar)
- Willingness to travel and work in the field regularly
- Ability to learn and apply technical concepts over time
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and follow-through
- Detail-oriented with the ability to complete accurate documentation
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
Preferred Qualifications
- Background as a mechanical or electrical technician
- Experience in field service or equipment repair
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Military technical experience
