Trainee Assembly (Powder coating, Drilling/tapping)

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day machine shop operations
• Operate and support conventional machines including punching, powder coating, and drilling/tapping
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Support production activities to meet quality and productivity targets
• Assist in basic machine setup, measurement, and inspection
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area
• Work under supervision to continuously improve technical skills

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any Degree
• 1+ years of experience
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts
• Willingness to work in a shopfloor/production environment
• Ability to work in shifts if required
• Strong attitude, discipline, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to the Automotive, Electronics, Electrical, Heavy Engineering, or Manufacturing industries
