Trainee AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy semantic search pipelines, RAG systems, and conversational AI solutions
• Design and integrate multi-agent workflows for automation and intelligent decision-making
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs and NLP models for domain-specific use cases
• Deliver end-to-end AI applications, from data ingestion and model training to production deployment
• Stay current with Generative AI advancements and apply them to solve real-world business problems

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI/ML solution development
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Proven experience with LLMs and NLP/NLU techniques
• Hands-on expertise in semantic search and RAG implementation
• Solid foundation in software engineering principles and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Experience with vector databases
• Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices
