Train Validation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for Quality, Cost, and Schedule (QCD) regarding train validation activities
• Define validation budgets during the bidding phases and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and execute validation plans, procedures, and associated reports
• Guarantee safety during type testing activities
• Manage internal testing teams and coordinate with external testing laboratories
• Plan and coordinate type tests while maintaining effective communication with end customers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of validation processes and methodologies

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Significant experience in project management, specifically within testing or validation activities
• Fluency in both French and English (written and oral)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple interfaces
• Strong orientation toward safety and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge within the railway sector
