About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) regarding train validation activities
  • Define validation budgets during tender phases and ensure adherence throughout project lifecycles
  • Develop and execute validation plans, procedures, and associated technical reports
  • Ensure strict safety protocols are followed during type testing
  • Manage internal test teams and coordinate with external test laboratories
  • Plan and coordinate type tests while maintaining continuous communication with end clients
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of validation processes and methodologies

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification
  • Significant experience in project management, specifically within testing or validation activities
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple interfaces and work effectively within a team
  • Strong orientation toward safety and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience or knowledge within the railway sector
