Train System Domain Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of Train System methodologies, tools, and processes to deliver high-quality rail solutions
• Manage team development, capacity, and workload to ensure alignment with project needs and QCD commitments
• Support the team in resolving technical and stakeholder issues and assist in defining priorities
• Ensure design reviews are prepared, documented, and followed up according to project schedules
• Allocate team resources to various projects, programs, and tenders at the site
• Ensure Alstom engineering rules and processes are understood and applied within the team
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Train System Metier rules and practices

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Master of Engineering from a University or Engineering School
• Membership in the OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec)
• 3+ years of experience in team management
• Experience or strong understanding of train engineering and train development projects
• Fluency in both French and English
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and proactive problem-solving skills
