Train Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of operators to ensure the execution of preventive maintenance tasks in compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, quality, deadline, and cost requirements
• Plan, lead, and distribute work among team members while providing technical and methodological expertise
• Organize the availability of material resources and tools
• Manage unforeseen issues within your scope to meet safety, quality, and cost commitments
• Monitor execution and integrate operational tracking into IT tools
• Participate in defining and implementing continuous improvement actions
• Act as an interface with client teams and the Warranty department
• Plan activities to minimize train downtime and communicate on execution status and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in team management
• Strong technical expertise in maintenance operations
• Ability to handle planning and resource organization
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
