Train Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of operators to ensure the execution of preventive maintenance tasks in compliance with HSE, quality, deadline, and cost requirements
• Plan, lead, and distribute work among team members while providing technical and methodological expertise
• Organize the availability of material resources and tools
• Manage unforeseen issues within your scope to meet safety, quality, and delivery commitments
• Monitor execution and integrate operational tracking into IT tools
• Participate in defining and implementing continuous improvement actions
• Act as an interface with client teams and the Warranty department
• Plan activities to minimize train downtime and communicate on execution status, including equipment handover and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in team management
• Expertise in preventive maintenance planning and execution
• Strong ability to organize resources, tools, and technical workflows
• Experience in continuous improvement implementation
• Ability to manage client interfaces and stakeholder communications
