Train Attendant

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and competent advice to passengers during the journey
• Inspect tickets and support onboard ticket sales
• Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety throughout the entire train
• Act as the central point of contact for passenger questions and concerns
• Coordinate onboard processes and assist with passenger information
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, train attendance, or similar roles is ideal
• Fluency in German is required; English skills are a plus
• Service-oriented personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and maintain an overview in stressful situations
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends
• Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight in hotels
