Train Attendant

Responsibilities

• Advise passengers in a friendly and competent manner during the journey
• Check tickets and support onboard ticket sales
• Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety throughout the entire train
• Act as the central point of contact for passenger questions and concerns
• Coordinate onboard processes and assist with passenger information
• Actively contribute to a positive travel experience and improve service processes

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, train attendance, or similar fields is ideal
• Fluency in German is required; English skills are a plus
• Service-oriented, communicative, and professional personality
• Ability to remain calm and maintain an overview in stressful situations
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends
• Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight in hotels
