Responsibilities

• Craft high-performance trailers that scale IP and deepen fandom through world-class storytelling and platform-native editing.
• Watch full recorded episodes to identify high-impact moments for trailers.
• Create cohesive narratives or scripts from notes that meet specific trailer checklists.
• Manage the full post-production process including sequencing, music sourcing, sound design, and preparing b-roll plates.
• Use performance data from YouTube Studio and TikTok Analytics to optimize pacing, structure, and creative emphasis.
• Integrate AI tools into workflows to accelerate ideation and production.
• Collaborate with growth, strategy, and social teams to align edit impact with business results.

Requirements

• World-class editorial instincts with the ability to build narrative arcs and emotional payoffs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop.
• Experience applying data insights (retention curves, CTR, CVR) to creative decisions.
• Ability to turn long-form footage into concise, high-retention short-form edits.
• Experience using or integrating AI tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, ElevenLabs) into creative workflows.
• Strong ownership of the edit from first assembly to final export.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with high-growth creator-led media brands.
• Advanced knowledge of platform-specific requirements for YouTube, Reels, and TikTok.
