Traffic Performance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing traffic management processes and coordinate remediation and optimization strategies cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Legal, and Operations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on customer traffic health, providing guidance on industry best practices for messaging and voice delivery.
• Own the weekly Customer Traffic Health cadence, suggesting actionable plans based on data trends.
• Represent the Risk Team in cross-functional meetings and external calls regarding traffic integrity and industry standards.
• Advise the Risk Manager on emerging risks and suggest sustainability strategies.
• Manage complex projects to transform traffic performance processes, procedures, and reporting capabilities.
• Support Business Operations by rolling risk mitigation data into monthly reports for the executive team.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in business risk analysis or a legal role, specifically within the CPaaS industry.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with MS Office applications (Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of risk analysis related to revenue and legal implications for a public company.
• Knowledge of telecommunications regulations and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to make high-value decisions under pressure and work collaboratively across various internal organizations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and data visualization tools such as Domo or Tableau.
• Advanced data analytics skills.
