About the Company

DFDS Logistics Services AB is a logistics company within DFDS with operations in Gothenburg and Karlshamn. The Gothenburg operations focus on vehicle logistics, managing incoming and outgoing flows with approximately 160 trucks and 300 drivers.

Responsibilities

• Optimize operations against high-level goals and KPIs
• Manage personnel and conduct performance follow-ups
• Lead customer dialogues and attend customer meetings
• Maintain deep knowledge of agreements and flows
• Handle KPI reporting and transport bookings
• Approve supplier and customer invoices as well as time registration
• Oversee work environment, quality, and safety responsibilities

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a leadership role within Logistics/Transport
• Experience leading and coaching teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Valid B-driver's license
• Proficient with computer systems
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships
