Traffic Management General Operative

Responsibilities

• Provide essential traffic management support for carriageway, footway, and drainage projects
• Complete traffic management risk assessments to ensure site safety
• Review and implement traffic management arrangements for minor works
• Support maintenance activities including hand sweeping, cleaning, and litter picking
• Load, unload, and handle materials and equipment safely
• Work collaboratively with maintenance gangs to deliver high-quality projects

Requirements

• LANTRA Traffic Management qualifications at T1/M1 and T2/M2 levels
• Hands-on experience in highway maintenance or a similar field
• Completed relevant SHE matrix training
• Commitment to working safely and looking out for colleagues and the public
• Ability to work onsite in Brixworth 5 days per week
