Traffic Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control the assignment and loading of scheduled transport
• Supervise and verify compliance with established routes to ensure efficient service
• Assign transport units based on shipment schedules and load characteristics
• Verify that all units have correct and complete documentation and route instructions
• Ensure equitable rotation of the fleet, prioritizing fixed-rent units
• Manage order invoicing and generate delivery notes for drivers
• Collect and verify documentation from external transport providers for payment processing
• Generate credit notes and manage returns following quality manual protocols

Requirements

• Degree in LAE (Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas), Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in fleet management
• Strong knowledge of routing and logistics optimization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP
