Traffic Clerk

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to comply with warehouse operations and capacities
• Coordinate drivers, equipment, and freight to maintain high service levels
• Ensure accuracy of all shipping and receiving (B.O.L.) documents
• Handle customers and customer representatives at the dispatch window
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and data related to shipping and receiving activities
• Maintain the facility dock door control board and ensure it is accurate at all times
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area in accordance with company standards

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Ability to work the weekend shift (Monday, Friday, and Saturday)
