Traffic and Mobility Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct mobility studies for real estate projects (ZAC, mixed-use) and infrastructure (roads, public transport, exchange hubs)
• Manage and supervise technicians performing road counts, including campaign organization and data quality control
• Design and execute origin/destination surveys, including cordon surveys and interviews
• Implement dynamic traffic modeling using tools such as Vissim, Paramics, or AIMSUN
• Support business development by drafting technical and financial offers and participating in tender responses
• Contribute to the structuring of internal methods and the professional development of the team

Requirements

• Bac+5 engineering degree or Master's in urban planning, transport, or an equivalent field
• 3 to 7 years of experience in a consultancy specializing in mobility, traffic, or urban planning
• Proficiency in at least one dynamic traffic modeling tool (Vissim, Paramics, AIMSUN, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of survey and counting methodologies
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to produce high-quality deliverables
• Strong interpersonal skills with an interest in client relations and business development
