Traffic Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage daily international and domestic shipment transactions with accuracy and timeliness
• Schedule freight forwarders and carriers in anticipation of daily and weekly shipments
• Prepare essential export documentation and manage offline documentation processes
• Review orders to ensure correct Incoterms, Named Place, ECCN, HTS, and other compliance attributes
• Track and report on customer deliveries to ensure requirements are met
• Maintain proper documentation management, filing, and record-keeping
• Provide support and interact with various groups to resolve logistics issues
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, including flexible hours to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a Logistics or Distribution environment
• Strong knowledge of international shipping requirements, documentation, and export administration
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible work schedule
• Strong attention to detail, math skills, and typing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with product classification
