Traffic Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders (OC) for shipments based on material requirements from planners and engineering teams.
• Maintain and track daily logs for both national and international (import) logistics services.
• Coordinate material information for each logistics service to facilitate the creation of transport documents (carta porte).
• Schedule and coordinate extraordinary freight, ensuring all required approval formats are completed.
• Support the quarterly process for obtaining "no debt" letters from logistics providers and maintain supporting logs.
• Develop projects focused on operational improvements or the reduction of logistics expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or materials management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using SAP.
• Solid knowledge of Foreign Trade and Customs regulations.
• Intermediate English language skills.
