Trading Tools UI/UX Developer

Responsibilities

• Build high-performance, mission-critical UI applications for real-time trading workflows.
• Partner directly with traders, operators, and business stakeholders to define priorities and shape the product roadmap.
• Deliver value through small, fast, feedback-driven iterations.
• Design products with a platform mindset, creating reusable UX patterns and extensible architectures.
• Contribute across the stack, including APIs and backend integrations, when necessary.
• Debug and resolve production issues with urgency and strong root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• 4+ years of front-end development experience with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 4+ years of experience with React or similar frameworks, specifically for real-time or data-heavy applications.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into solutions.
• Exposure to backend development using Python, Golang, or similar languages.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including API design, testing, and scalable architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to build for low-latency, high-accuracy, mission-critical use cases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-moving, iterative environments such as fintech or startups.
• Ability to transition one-off workflows into reusable platform capabilities.
• Deep understanding of browser/runtime behavior, networking, and data structures.
