Trading Systems Developer

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop business-critical trading systems for the Futures & Options team
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to production release
• Collaborate closely with Technologists, Traders, and Quantitative Analysts to achieve optimal system outcomes
• Drive meaningful impact by taking ownership of high-performance back-end development projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a technical or related discipline
• Exceptional C# development skills with deep knowledge of design, profiling, OO, and multi-threading
• Experience with Microservices and Cloud Technologies (e.g., Azure Service Fabric, Microsoft Orleans, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proven track record of developing high-performance, business-critical systems
• Strong interest in trading, risk, quantitative systems, or derivatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of or experience in trading, derivatives, risk, pricing, and Greeks
• Experience with Envoy Proxy, gRPC, Protobuf, React JS, Octopus Deploy, and the ELK Stack
