Trading Support & Middle Office Administrator

Responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly position and P&L reports to monitor preassigned product limits.
• Monitor exposures against Head Office counterpart credit lines and treasury trading positions.
• Manage and update credit limits in various systems including FXAT, OVS, IMPACT, and Refinitiv.
• Review credit documentation and summarize key terms for limit setting and credit control.
• Ensure accurate valuation data, such as rates and exchange rates, are obtained and input into respective systems.
• Track approved credits via the Bank’s credit system and ensure proper follow-up on pending items.
• Prepare periodic reports for accounting, risk management, and head office stakeholders.
• Support Middle Office and Branch-wide initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Banking Middle Office experience supporting Treasury and Credit related products.
• Background in Treasury, Trading, and Corporate Credit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Macros and Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to sensitive timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis.
• Advanced software skills including Visual Basic.
