Trading Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client communications, responding to inquiries regarding outdoor media placement and providing progress updates.
• Execute outdoor media strategies, including resource confirmation, scheduling, material coordination, and on-site execution follow-up.
• Evaluate various outdoor media types (billboards, LED screens, transit, community media, etc.) to select the best resources for client needs.
• Coordinate with outdoor media suppliers to manage bookings, confirmations, and post-campaign performance feedback.
• Utilize English proficiency to draft communication minutes, placement reports, and basic proposals for international clients.
• Maintain and update the outdoor media resource library, including pricing and case studies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, or Media.
• 5+ years of experience in outdoor media buying within a 4A agency environment.
• Deep understanding of outdoor media business logic, resource characteristics, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) for professional documentation and client communication.
• Strong client service skills with the ability to listen to needs and solve problems efficiently.
• Excellent execution skills with high attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
