Trading Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day trading efforts for a portfolio of accounts, supporting Senior Traders and independently owning numerous accounts.
• Partner with business team members to develop trading-specific strategies and in-depth product knowledge to achieve client goals.
• Identify and prioritize client needs to recognize opportunities for account growth.
• Onboard and train new and existing clients on platform operational areas.
• Act as an internal resource for product offerings and assist in developing newer traders.
• Provide value through savings analyses, campaign planning, performance measurement, and marketing funnel approaches.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and ideas clearly to audiences with varying levels of expertise.

Requirements

• Extensive experience within programmatic advertising.
• Proven client-facing experience, including building relationships and presenting confidently to clients.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across internal client services teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities with a passion for problem-solving.
• Strong quantitative skills and experience mining insights from very large datasets.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
