Trading Specialist

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and chat to provide efficient solutions
• Act as the voice of the customer by identifying pain points and communicating them to the product team
• Provide personalized support on complex trading strategies, derivatives, and investment opportunities
• Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trading operations and enhance the customer experience
• Pursue additional professional licenses to support business growth

Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese required
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or relevant combination of education and experience
• Strong understanding of trading strategies and investment products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with high-net-worth clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cryptocurrency products
• Experience executing and managing trades across different asset classes
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
• Advanced degrees or professional certifications such as the CFA
