About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and monitor the Document Center via SharePoint to ensure all documentation is complete and properly filed
- Monitor and track shipping documents and agent reports
- Perform preliminary reviews of vessel ETAs and shipping status
- Support laytime reviews by acting as a first-level filter to identify discrepancies under supervision
- Conduct preliminary reviews of Trade Monitor prices and adjustments, particularly during month-end closing
- Assist in managing current and historical Trading and Shipping contracts
- Validate mandatory fields in internal tools (such as Incoterms, insurance, and freight) to ensure data completeness
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in 5th to 8th semester
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work 25 to 30 hours per week
- Interest in Trading, Shipping, and supply chain operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of logistics, shipping, or international trade concepts
- Experience working with data and operational systems
