Trading Services Specialist, Client Market Making

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire client onboarding process including connectivity, session setup, conformance testing, and pilot trades
• Monitor and resolve production issues to ensure a seamless client trading experience
• Collaborate with developer and production reliability engineer teams to identify workflow and system issues
• Partner with trading, product, and sales teams to turn client requests into actionable roadmap items
• Create and maintain clear up-to-date documentation for team-wide knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in a fast-paced, client-facing trading environment
• 3-10 years of experience with trading systems, order entry protocols, and market data protocols
• Strong understanding of FIX protocol, conformance testing, and network routing
• Product expertise in at least one asset class such as FX or Fixed income
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and work occasional off-hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python
• Experience with KDB+
