Trading Services Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete end-to-end implementation projects to onboard new clients onto the Addepar Trading Platform
• Manage all aspects of client relationships and expectations from project inception through stabilization
• Train clients on platform best practices and develop detailed Solutions Design and Project Plan documentation
• Transition client data onto Addepar Trading by demonstrating technical and industry expertise
• Resolve customer concerns through cross-team collaboration, problem-solving, and targeted training
• Prioritize and context-switch effectively to manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Identify opportunities to improve internal and external processes and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role
• Proficiency in financial equations, terminology, and database set up methodologies
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and remote support tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage complex assignments and drive issues to resolution

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in investment management, finance, or trading
• Experience working with trading software
