Trading Services Associate II

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technology solutions using Alteryx, UiPath, Python, and LLMs to automate document extraction and trade validation.
• Lead comprehensive reviews and validation of OTC, note, and equity derivative trades to ensure accurate reconciliation and compliance.
• Apply machine learning, NLP, and statistical modeling to analyze deal structures and provide actionable operational insights.
• Develop automated reports and dashboards to monitor deal reviews and ensure adherence to business deadlines.
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Trading, and Legal teams to resolve issues and strengthen risk controls.
• Drive continuous improvement of methodologies and tools through data science and automation.
• Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, UiPath, Python, and LLMs for automation and analytics in financial services.
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycle management and financial products, including equity derivatives and structured products.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior management and diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or MBA.
• Technical certifications in Alteryx, UiPath, AWS, Azure, or Data Science.
• Experience with global equity markets and cross-border transactions.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and advanced financial technology platforms.
