Trading Services Associate I

Responsibilities

• Support daily trading operations by ensuring timely execution and accuracy of trades.
• Monitor and reconcile trading accounts to drive operational efficiency and process improvements.
• Collaborate with traders and team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless settlement.
• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare and analyze trading reports for management review and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in trading or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
