Trading Services Analyst

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalations promptly from traders, clients, and brokers.
• Manage daily activities including trade clearing, position and expiry management, and resolution of trade breaks.
• Utilize data platforms to gain insights into operational challenges and drive process efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve operational issues and conduct productive meetings with global teams.
• Support UAT testing, system releases, and technology enhancements.
• Facilitate training on new applications and ensure efficient business activities through process review.

Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge of Derivatives within an Operations environment.
• Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics tools for client solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to turn conflicts into positive experiences.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to digest large amounts of information.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills across various geographic regions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Futures & Options.
• Familiarity with low-code innovation tools such as Alteryx, Xceptor, or Tableau.
• BA or BS degree.
• Ability to connect insights with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
