About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily trade surveillance tasks, including alert reviews and escalation tracking
  • Prepare and distribute routine compliance reports regarding position limits, trade activity, and sanctions screening
  • Support monthly and quarterly KPI reporting for Trading and Compliance leadership
  • Administer sanctions screening processes and maintain documentation for audit readiness
  • Maintain and update compliance calendars, SharePoint directories, and version-controlled documents
  • Perform system reconciliations and data validations across multiple platforms
  • Manage the Compliance Training Program, including scheduling, tracking completions, and reporting
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or Finance
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis or compliance reporting, preferably in Commodities Trading or Financial Services
  • Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and data visualization/reporting tools
  • Familiarity with trade surveillance tools, sanctions screening systems, and regulatory reporting platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work from early afternoon to late evening (around 10pm) to support London trading hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the ExxonMobil Trading organization
  • Experience with or knowledge of financial derivative regulatory frameworks
  • Experience with coding, process design, and automation
