Trading Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform real-time risk management and mitigation to ensure stable trading operations
• Execute trade orders and manage equities and options margin processes
• Handle post-trade processing and resolve trade settlement issues in a timely manner
• Research and process corporate actions, such as tender offers
• Monitor client cash flows and establish account-level trading or broker restrictions
• Review daily vendor reports and reconciliations to identify and resolve potential issues
• Identify workflow and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• 3-5 years of financial industry experience, specifically in trading support and settlement
• Current active Series 7, 63, and 3 licenses
• Ability to obtain Series 57 license within 90 days of hire
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, high-risk environment and manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a Series 4 license
