Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for traders utilizing the firm’s trading systems
- Install, configure and monitor critical trading applications
- Manage incidents via ticketing system and documentation
- Collaborate with developers for all operational processes supporting trading applications
- Perform light coding tasks in collaboration with full-time development staff
Requirements
- Experience with Python, bash and MySQL on Linux
- Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
