Trading Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Compile market commentary incorporating pricing, contract, and economic indicator data.
• Develop and maintain trading and reporting tools to provide organizational value.
• Support the development of long-term petrochemical growth strategies through cross-functional coordination.
• Guide traders in adherence to Risk and Credit Management Policy controls.
• Coordinate business plans, budgets, and financial forecasting for marketing and scheduling.
• Perform value tracking reporting for Olefins and Aromatics and monitor KPI scorecards.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Marine, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Commercial, Risk, Trading Analytics, Marine, Scheduling, Accounting, or Marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic commercial environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, accounting, or marketing within the energy sector.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with supply and demand analysis and competitor analysis.
