Trading Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Track and manage the full lifecycle of corporate actions including stock splits, bonus shares, and mergers
• Provide traders with clear views of tradeable positions and outstanding issues
• Coordinate with prime brokers and clearers to correct reports across multiple counterparties
• Reconcile P&L and cash breaks, including swap-related and corporate action-driven breaks
• Contribute to ETF P&L analysis and refinement involving multi-currency complexity
• Participate in the design and build of internal tooling to improve issue visibility

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Middle Office, Trade Support, or Product Control
• Tertiary education in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously across different markets
• Collaborative team player with clear communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python, SQL, VBA, or Claude Code
