Trading Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines across various platforms and environments
• Automate processes to improve system resilience, efficiency, and developer productivity
• Administer and monitor system health across different environments and cloud infrastructure services
• Provide technical leadership for the DevOps team and unblock strategic projects
• Troubleshoot production issues, including diagnosing post-deployment problems, patching servers, and resolving downtime incidents
• Take an automation-first approach to trading systems, development lifecycles, and backup operations

Requirements

• Strong experience in infrastructure support, deployment, and monitoring
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD orchestration tools and deployment platforms (e.g., Octopus Deploy)
• Experience with enterprise version control platforms like GitLab
• Proficiency with either Windows or Linux operating systems
• B.S. in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with messaging systems and debugging network protocols (TCP, multicast)
• Understanding and practical application of security models such as RBAC
• Previous experience working on a financial trade floor
