Trading Associate

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and chat to provide efficient solutions
• Resolve customer complaints, issues, and disputes, including handling escalated complex cases
• Act as the voice of the customer by identifying pain points and communicating them to the product team
• Provide personalized support on complex trading strategies, derivatives, and investment opportunities
• Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trading operations and enhance the customer experience

Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
• Exemplary professionalism with meticulous attention to detail and empathy
• Strong crisis management and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under high-pressure conditions
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Chinese proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 1+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry
• Experience executing and managing trades across different asset classes
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
