Trading Application Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues or incidents, providing workarounds and determining root causes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, including brokers and investment banks.
• Define issue severity and prioritize tickets according to established processes.
• Deploy products at customer sites to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Provide technical training sessions to client end-users and IT teams.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to enhance client knowledge and internal processes.
• Support international customers via a shifted weekly schedule (e.g., Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday).

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in Client Service or Finance, preferably within Fintech or Capital Markets.
• Proficiency in Linux environments.
• Basic understanding of SQL, databases, Java, and APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Fluency in English (French language skills are a significant plus).
• Willingness to work shifted schedules to ensure global coverage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the FIX protocol.
• Experience with financial application support and software implementation.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog.
