Trading Application Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues or incidents to aid customers in resolving failures and implementing workarounds.
• Define issue severity and classification to ensure accurate prioritization and timely resolution.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for global clients, including brokers and investment banks.
• Deploy products at customer sites to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Provide technical training sessions to client end-users and IT teams to optimize product utilization.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to enhance client knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Client Service or Finance, preferably within Fintech or Capital Markets.
• Proficiency in Linux environments.
• Basic understanding of SQL/Databases and object-oriented programming (Java).
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the FIX protocol.
• Experience with financial application support and software implementation.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog.
• Understanding of APIs, networks, and operating systems.
