About the role
Responsibilities
- Intake, review, and process documentation in coordination with attorneys
- Assist in opening and maintaining broker and financial accounts
- Manage the lifecycle of trading and vendor contracts, including tracking material terms
- Coordinate responses to KYC and due diligence requests from counterparties and service providers
- Manage legal team work processes and data management tools
- Assist in building new processes supported by artificial intelligence and technology tools
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the legal team
Requirements
- Undergraduate or higher level degree in a related field
- 3-7+ years of experience administering legal documentation in financial services or law firms
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Licensed notary or willingness to become one
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with trading or vendor documentation
- Investment management industry experience
- Proficiency with workflow tools and artificial intelligence
