Trading and Legal Documentation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Intake, review, and process documentation in coordination with attorneys
• Assist in opening and maintaining broker and financial accounts
• Manage the lifecycle of trading and vendor contracts, including tracking material terms
• Coordinate responses to KYC and due diligence requests from counterparties and service providers
• Manage legal team work processes and data management tools
• Assist in building new processes supported by artificial intelligence and technology tools
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the legal team

Requirements

• Undergraduate or higher level degree in a related field
• 3-7+ years of experience administering legal documentation in financial services or law firms
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail
• Licensed notary or willingness to become one

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with trading or vendor documentation
• Investment management industry experience
• Proficiency with workflow tools and artificial intelligence
