About the role
Responsibilities
- Master The Trade Desk platform to become a subject matter expert on campaign management best practices
- Drive client growth by owning optimization strategies and translating complex data signals into actionable business results
- Combine data analysis and client feedback to create effective campaign solutions
- Partner cross-functionally with Account Management and Business Development to support client onboarding and training
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients and internal teams using data-driven insights
- Collaborate with Product Management to define new features and drive platform enhancements
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a data-driven role such as programmatic, analytics, or ad operations
- Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English for daily communication with clients and internal teams
- Proven experience in client management and facing roles
- Advanced MS Excel and data visualization skills
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, R, Tableau, or Python
