Trading Analyst

Responsibilities

• Participate in and successfully complete an intensive training program focused on option theory and market dynamics
• Provide coverage for trading portfolios and support senior portfolio managers
• Research and analyze financial market trends to understand their impact on trading portfolios
• Perform post-trade analysis utilizing custom proprietary technology platforms
• Communicate pertinent market information, such as news and earnings, across functional groups
• Obtain a Series 57 license
• Utilize proprietary and non-proprietary applications and tools with high fluency

Requirements

• Advanced quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to deploy analytical skills effectively in time-sensitive situations
• Deep curiosity regarding option and financial markets
• Undergraduate and/or graduate degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships
• Adaptive and self-driven mindset
