Tradesman - CNC

Responsibilities

• Manufacture mould parts using CNC machine tools according to approved designs and specifications.
• Set up CNC machines and prepare simple programs in machine control.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure high quality and no visual defects.
• Conduct stage inspections and maintain accurate production records and logbooks.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance, including oiling, greasing, and cleaning equipment.
• Maintain high productivity levels through efficient tool usage and machine operation.
• Follow all company HSE guidelines, safety precautions, and housekeeping procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all work performed.

Requirements

• ITI certification as a Machinist or Fitter.
• 1-2 years of CNC Machining experience, preferably in a tool room within the UAE/GCC region.
• Strong understanding of G-codes and ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of metal machinability and cutting tool parameters (speed, feed, etc.).
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and gauges.
• Familiarity with quality systems and general machine maintenance.
