Responsibilities

• Control and monitor the performance and execution of trading strategies while adjusting risk parameters
• Tackle operational challenges to ensure automated trading strategies operate at peak performance
• Provide thorough feedback on strategy performance, market conditions, and impactful trading observations
• Engage in front-line trading of global markets through changing economic conditions and market events
• Collaborate with and learn from seasoned traders to influence underlying alpha and strategies

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in financial markets
• Proven success working with automated trading systems at an electronic trading firm
• Strong Python programming skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive under high-pressure environments
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable and predictable availability for a 4-day schedule (including one weekend day)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of C++ or similar programming languages
